Bobby became a financial advisor because he saw a need for education, to help clients understand the options available as they strive to build generational wealth and a comfortable retirement. His background in both the Army and Navy, as well as a diplomatic security contractor for the U.S. State Department, allows him to work comfortably with people and families from any socioeconomic background – from tradespeople to executives to first responders and veterans like himself.
Bobby’s years of experience have helped him understand his clients’ emotional reactions to the inevitable ups and downs of the markets. He believes education along with extensive planning, risk management, portfolio management and asset allocation serve as the ideal counterpoints to the rush of emotions that may flood his clients’ minds from time to time.
Bobby joined Raymond James in April 2022, along with his wife, Krystal. An observer of human nature, Bobby earned a degree in criminal justice from Washington State University. Not one to sugarcoat conversations, the military veteran is known for his balance of candor and emotional IQ, helping clients cope with the surge of emotions without disrupting their well-laid financial plans.
The Virginia native grew up in Hampton and now lives in Snohomish, Washington, with Krystal and their two children, Jasmine and Gunnar. He enjoys football and hockey; staying active by hiking, hunting and wrestling; but above all, spending time with his family.
